Rosenquist retired from the U.S. Air Force with over 20 years of service, holding HR positions that included Installation Inspector General, Crisis Action Planner, Chief of Standardization and Evaluation, and Chief of Squadron Training. During active duty, Rosenquist served in Operations Desert Shield/Storm, Allied Force, and Enduring Freedom, and piloted multiple aircraft, including the C-17, C-27, T-38 and KC-135R. Rosenquist is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. He resides in Cocoa Beach with his wife and two children.
Since joining Craig Technologies in 2007, Rosenquist has successfully managed a 50% increase in employees while documenting and defining HR processes, and overseeing the development and implementation of Performance Management, Drug Testing and Equal Employment Opportunity programs.

The work begins in April and will provide System Administrator / Network Technician support and continuity of services to the 45th Medical Group’s network and information systems.
Serving approximately 400 users, Craig Technologies staff will provide technology support, perform root cause analysis, and participate in the design and implementation of new hardware, software, and systems.
The 45th Medical Group consists of Aeromedical-Dental, Medical Operations, and Medical Support Squadrons that provide services to over 3,200 military and Coast Guard active duty members, and support the delivery of medical care to 35,000 eligible non-active duty members.

The Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract award is part of the STRI Omnibus Contract (STOC II) that provides simulation, training and instrumentation products and services for the Warfighter, beginning with concept development and continuing throughout life cycle support.
STOC II objectives include: 1) facilitate the leveraging of programs and technology (to include Joint and/or Joint-related) in the best interests of the U.S. Army and Department of Defense; 2) prepare the Warfighter to meet the challenges of the future Joint operational environment; and 3) support continued growth in the interoperability of Live, Virtual, Constructive and Testing solutions to enhance training and testing capabilities of the Warfighter.
Currently providing contract support to modeling and simulation projects for the U.S. Army, the Center for Naval Engineering (CNE), and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Craig Technologies plans to play an active role in supporting the PEO STRI mission, “To provide responsive interoperable Simulation, Training, and Testing Solutions and Acquisition Services for the Warfighters and the nation,” through upcoming STOC II task orders.
Craig Technologies is also affiliated with PEO STRI ‘Team Orlando’ as a corporate member of the National Center for Simulation. The Woman-Owned technical services firm that began in Hampton Roads in 1999 is collaborating with VMASC as an industry partner in their mission to stimulate technology-related economic development in Hampton Roads and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
CEO Carol Craig started out as a consultant in Virginia Beach, providing technical and engineering services to commercial customers. She quickly grew her staff, now numbering over 170 nationwide, to meet the rising demands for customized solutions and expanded her customer base to include federal agencies.
