The overall objective of the E-6B Program Training Situation Analysis (TSA) effort is to conduct a TSA in accordance with (IAW) MIL-HDBK-29612B. In addition to the TSA, other objectives include analysis and requirements for a community Learning Management System (LMS), the implementation of an E-6B Training/Aircraft Concurrency Database (TACD), and a Front End Analysis (FEA) delineating the effect of changes to the overall E-6B training system resulting from ongoing Engineering Change Proposals on the E-6B aircraft.

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Operational Support Team (OST) personnel provide enhanced support to 100,000 Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) customers at the Mechanicsburg facility with help desk problem management, Customer Service, and Automation Operations support.
Working three shifts for 24 X 7 coverage, Craig provides remedial and technical support to users of DECC Mech computer systems
Craig personnel at the DECC-Mech provide maintenance (application fault resolution) and customer training for DECC Mech’s custom applications for both the mainframes and the client-servers
Craig provides Automation Operations Support (Auto OPS) on many large mainframe computer systems and PC based outboard automation applications
Craig provides accurate coding, documentation, and instruction when implementing an automation process
Craig OST personnel troubleshoot various types of 3270 emulation and network connection problems such as DNS for translation problems and TCP/IP related issues, VTAM connections, JES connections
Craig staff helps the clients install Secure Web Access and manage web caching
Craig also supports firewall maintenance by providing information to administrators for configuring their firewall to allow access to DECC Mech systems
Craig OST personnel troubleshoot problems with FTP from multiple software packages
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) facility at Mechanicsburg provides centralized information system processing services to a diverse customer base from Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies, including the Joint Commands, all Military Departments, and other governmental agencies which may obtain services on a reimbursable funding basis. The DECC Mech mission depends on the successful, well-maintained operation of the hardware components and interconnected sub-systems.
Craig employees provide project management support in planning and definition and deliver technical consulting services to the customers on questions and issues relating to the database software maintained on the DECC Mechanicsburg systems for Oracle, CICS, DB2, Datacom and Adabas, including changes, upgrades and problem resolution. These services are provided on a 24/7 on-call basis
The Army Battle Command Directorate is responsible for integrating, synchronizing and standardizing battle command and modeling and simulation programs across the Army and ensuring battle command and modeling and simulation processes are consistent with joint processes. The Central Technical Support Facility at Fort Hood, Texas tests, manages and supports communications systems that are being deployed in theater.
Craig provides subject matter expertise on analytic, engineering, programmatic, and scientific support to accomplish statutory, regulatory, and policy functions and tasks assigned to the G-37 Battle Command Directorate in its Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Division and its Simulation Proponent Division
Craig provides services and subject matter expertise to support Battle Command (BC) prioritization, integration, migration, and overall synchronization and standardization of BC capabilities across the Army focusing on currently deployed and deploying forces, and synchronized these capabilities to future development; provide support with the alignment of BC capabilities to Army transformation and Joint capability development and fielding of integrated Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) capabilities to the force

NASA KSC LX
The Project Office assures Constellation Program requirements delegated to Kennedy Space Center (KSC) ground operations are performed as defined; provides technical leadership for assessing development approaches to satisfy ground operations requirements and resolving key technical issues; advocates and facilitates the management, integration, and execution of the Safety and Mission Assurance functions; and provides technical leadership for requirement development and project planning on future elements such as the Lander, the Rover, Com/Nav, and Habitat operations requirements allocated to the Center from the Constellation Program.
Craig provides configuration and data management, integrated scheduling, risk management and project management in support of the NASA KSC LX
Craig works to support General Office Services and Administration including the development of intermediate products and reports, plans, and schedules to coordinate the analysis effort; and providing analytical, management, and administrative support to develop, analyze, and maintain the schedules in the Primavera software suite

Craig provides Earned Value Management System (EVMS) support, Project Facilitation/Scheduling/Metric management, and engineering, technical, and business/financial analysis support based on the budget or cost estimate being developed
Craig supports the development, review, justification, validation, and management of the annual and interim budgets and life cycle cost estimates and documents if the program can be successfully conducted within available resources and applicable constraints and provide cost reduction recommendations
Craig develops and maintains integrated schedules including top-level project and processing schedules, processing flows, and links to Level II & IV/V development schedules, processing schedules, and processing flows for feasibility and likelihood of success
Craig supports Risk Management process including administrative support to the development, analysis, and tracking of risks that include risks that roll up
