Under the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, Craig Technologies will provide support to maintain and enhance the Agency’s existing network, ensure availability of mission applications and troubleshoot and resolve problems with all IT equipment.
DLA provides worldwide logistics support for the missions of the Military Departments and the Unified Combatant Commands under conditions of peace and war.
"We are pleased to be able to provide the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the warfighter IT support services in the maintenance and enhancement of existing hardware, software and infrastructure throughout their managed locations," said COO Dean Rosenquist.
The period of performance is through February 2018 and Craig Technologies will support approximately 200 users at the DLA Information Operations in New Cumberland, PA.
Craig Technologies will provide complex support/troubleshooting/resolution on application software and/or hardware and provide additional technical support to the DLA Information Operations managed sites.
The Agency sources and provides nearly 100 percent of the consumable items America’s military forces need to operate, from food, fuel and energy, to uniforms, medical supplies, and construction and barrier equipment.

Under the multi-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, Craig Technologies will provide technical support to develop courses for adult learners to cover a host of current topics needed for professionals in the acquisition and sustainment career fields.
The period of performance is through January 2018 and work will be performed in Cape Canaveral, FL and Oklahoma City, OK. Each course will be developed to include a series of experiences and challenges, combined with education and training opportunities to help equip the Air Force's acquisition and logistics workforce to more effectively manage air, space, and cyberspace systems.
The structured, adaptive, collaborative effort will develop the standards, tools and learning content for the future learning environment to complete learning initiatives for a wide-range of DoD customers/sponsors. Learning initiatives may include, but are not limited to, computer-based (CBT), web-based (e-learning), video-based and blended (combined) and the development of live/classroom-based course material. The School is the sole provider of over 100 continuing education courses for professionals in acquisition management and contracting, logistics and systems management, software engineering, and financial management. 06.2012 Craig Technologies is expanding its manufacturing capabilities by negotiating a loan for 1,600 pieces of Space Shuttle processing equipment from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Through a competitive Request for Information (RFI) process, the company signed a non-reimbursable Space Act Agreement with NASA giving the woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned firm full use privileges of the equipment currently housed at the 160,000 sq. ft. Under this contract, the SDVO firm will provide program management and integrated logistics in support of the Navy, and other Department of Defense and federal agencies with work taking place in Charleston, SC and Washington, DC. SPAWAR Atlantic designs, acquires, engineers and sustains the systems, sensor connections, cyber network infrastructures and knowledge management services to ensure reliable information for Navy personnel.
