  • The dental plan is offered separately from the medical plan. Craig Technologies covers the entire premium for employees and their family members. Effective date of coverage is the first day of employment. Coverage is 100%-80%-50% depending upon what treatment is provided; preventative, general maintenance, or prosthetic.   • Jury Duty
  • Differential pay is given for jury duty. Collapse

  • Company paid: 3x annual salary (max $450,000). Optional employee, spouse and child insurance available. Collapse
  • Medical
  • The Company offers multiple medical tiers at various costs to the employee. The Company also offers an optional cash allotment to those who have other certified coverage.

    Our health insurance plan offers great flexibility to our employees by using a network of physicians. The in-network coverage has a fixed co-payment and no deductibles. Hospital charges are paid at 90% at the in-network hospitals. Chiropractic care and physical therapy are also included.

    Prescriptions coverage is included in our group health plan. The cost structure for our 4 tier plan on retail medications are $15/$50/$75/$125. A mail-in program is also available with significant cost saving benefits to employees. Employees can receive a 90 day supply of medications with the following cost structure $37.50/$125/$187.50/$312.50. The cost structure for our 3 tier plan on retail medications are $15/$35/$75.   • Sick Time
  • Employees will receive 40 hrs of sick time at the beginning of each year. This will be prorated for new hires based on the amount of remaining periods left in your first year. Collapse

  • OPTIONAL LIFE INSURANCE - Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and for their dependents.

    SHORT AND LONG TERM DISABILITY - The Disability Plan is funded entirely by the company and enrollment is automatic. Your eligibility begins on the first day of employment. Coverage commences immediately if disability is due to injury and on the eighth consecutive day of illness. Coverage provides sixty percent of basic salary up to a maximum of $1400 per week for STD or fifty five percent of basic salary up to $6,000 per month for LTD.

    AFLAC - Employees may purchase individual Accident, Cancer or Illness plans to bridge the gap between what disability pays and their full salary. Plans are customized for each employee and are portable upon termination.

    PRE-PAID LEGAL AND ID THEFT PROTECTION PLANS - This employee paid plan includes preventive legal services provided through a network of independent provider attorney law firms in each state and province, continuous credit monitoring and identity restoration in the event of a theft.

    FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS - Under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, employees may elect to have amounts spent on employer sponsored medical, vision, and dental insurance premiums deducted from their pay on a pre-tax basis. Employees may also elect to have uninsured medical, vision, and dental expenses (up to $1200 per year), and dependent day care or child care expenses (up to $5000 per year) deducted from their pay on a pre-tax basis and deposited into a reimbursable account. As expenses are incurred, employees are reimbursed from the reimbursement account. Collapse

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • PTO is an all-purpose time-off policy for eligible employees to use for vacation and any other personal business. The amount of PTO an employee receives each year increases with the length of employment as shown in the following schedule:

  • Retirement (401k)
  • Dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% of salary, and fifty cents to the dollar matched up to 5% of salary, with immediate vesting. Collapse
  • Vision
  • All full time employees and their family members receive vision benefits. Craig Technologies covers the entire premium for employees and their family members. There is a $20 co-pay for services provided. This plan allows for a comprehensive eye exam every 12 months, new lenses every 12 months and new frames every 12 months. Collapse
