Senior Joint Programs Advisor of Craig Technologies, John Craig is a Captain in
the Navy Reserve with 20+ years of leadership in and out of uniform. With Craig,
he serves as a Program Director, while leading the Benefits Oversight Team and
the PR/Marketing Team. His current Naval Reserve assignment is Dynamic Strike
and Targeting mentor and instructor at Naval Strike Air Warfare Center, Fallon
NV. John is also a pilot for JetBlue Airways, and serves on several non-profit
boards including: Business and Cultural Development Board for the City of Cape
Canaveral, Brevard Zoo, Harmony Farms Horses for the Handicapped, and LEAD
Before joining the executive team of Craig Technologies, John was a Subject Matter Expert and Systems Engineer for Veridian Engineering, working on the Marine Corps F/A-18D Deployable Simulator. His last active duty assignment was Operations Officer and F/A-18 Tactics Instructor at Strike Fighter Weapons School Atlantic, NAS Oceana, VA. He has over 4500 flight hours in multiple civilian and Navy aircraft and has accumulated 674 arrested landings on 5 aircraft carriers.
John attended the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. His achievements with the U.S. Navy include 2 Meritorious Service Medals, 4 Air Medals for Strike / Flight, 2 Navy / Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and 5 Navy Achievement Medals. He is a veteran of several combat campaigns including Desert Storm.
John is father to Danny and Gillian, and husband to Carol M. Craig, CEO and President of Craig Technologies. He remains active in fundraising efforts for the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research (FPWR) since his son was born with Prader-Willi Syndrome. John is also a very active member of his church where he teaches Sunday School.
